Visits

No cookies and no ad trackers. We count anonymous daily pageviews, unique visitors and top pages. Your IP address and browser type are mixed with a random salt that changes every day and hashed. The hash is deleted after 2 days and the raw IP is never stored. Outbound merchant clicks are counted per product with no personal data. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, may also count aggregate visits. Your cart, age confirmation, state choice and whether you've seen our signup pop-up are kept in your own browser (localStorage), not on our servers.

Email list

If you sign up, we store your email address, the time you signed up, the page you signed up on, your US state if you chose one (or the state Cloudflare estimates from your connection) and your confirmation that you are 21+ and agree to receive emails. We use this only to send KratomTrail emails about deals, restocks, new products and partner discount codes. We never sell or rent your email. To limit abuse, signup attempts are rate-limited using a short-lived hash of your IP address that expires within an hour; the IP itself is not stored.

Data is stored with Cloudflare (our host). If we use an email-sending service, it will process your address only to deliver our emails.

Unsubscribe and deletion

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that deletes your entry from our list immediately. You can also email valdezconsultationllc@gmail.com to be removed or to ask what we hold about you.

Age

KratomTrail is for adults 21+ only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; if we learn we have, we delete it.
